Information on Personal Data Processing

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We consider the protection of personal data to be an important and necessary part of our systems and processes. Below you will find information about the scope and type of processing of your personal data. Please take a few minutes to read the following text.

1. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent. You can withdraw this consent at anytime by sending an email to privacy@creativedock.cz.

For future communications regarding similar offers, we process your data (contacting details - name and email) based on our legitimate interests.

2. WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA

The person responsible for your data is our company: CreativeDock GmbH, with a registered office at Gewerbestrasse 5, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, Co. ID: CHE-386.505.264 (“Controller”).

You can contact the Controller at the above address or by email at privacy@creativedock.cz.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED

We process only your identification data and contact details (in particular first and last name, e-mailaddress).

4. FOR WHAT AND HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

The purpose of the data processing is to contact you with and share with you information on theRecord tool and its demo version. We also process your data for future communications regarding similar offers.

We will process and keep your data as long as it is necessary for the purpose as set above, in case of data processing based on your consent, we will keep your data for 2 years at most.

5. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

We apply a number of security measures to protect your processed data. These are technical security measures (security of virtual servers, access logging, secure storage of paper documents,1etc.) and organizational measures (access restrictions for employees according to internal regulations).

6. WHO MAY WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA TO?

The person responsible can pass on your data to processors who provide you with IT services and other support services. Some processors may work with the data in another country.

Your data will be handled in Switzerland and in the EU. Concerning the data from the EU to Switzerland and vice-versa, a Commission decision on adequate protection is applicable.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

● Access your personal data.

● Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

● Erase your personal data

● Restrict the processing of your data.

● Object to the processing of your data.

● Data portability

● Withdraw Consent if the data processing is based on it.

a) Right to Access

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you, and if so, to access the personal data and relevant information.

b) Right to Rectification

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete data completed.

c) Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances,such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected.

d) Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data in certain situations, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to our processing.

e) Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us if the data processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.

f) Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests, performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; including profiling based on such legal basis, for purpose of direct marketing or for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.

g) Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at anytime. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

h) Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of your personal data violates data protection regulation.

How to exercise your rights:

In order to exercise any of these rights, please contact the Controller in writing (possibly also in electronic form to privacy@creativedock.cz).

We will respond to your request without undue delay and within one month. If necessary, this period may be extended by an additional two months, considering the complexity and number of requests.We will inform you of any such extension within one month of receiving your request, along with the reasons for the delay.
